Eligibility for Returns
- Inspection and Acceptance at Delivery: We encourage you to inspect your marble at the time of delivery. Any defects, damage, or order inaccuracies should be reported immediately to our delivery team and noted on the delivery receipt. Returns will not be processed if the defect is reported after delivery completion.
- Eligible Products: Only products in their original condition, without any signs of use or damage, are eligible for returns. Customized or altered marble pieces, including pre-cut or specially ordered items, are non-refundable.
- Return Window: You may initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. This ensures timely resolution and helps us maintain the quality of our offerings.

- Packaging and Pickup: If your return is approved, the product must be carefully packaged in its original packaging or a similar protective material to prevent any damage during transit. We will coordinate the pickup and shipping process.
Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 15-30 business days.
